摘要
目的构建成人重症监护室护理缺失预防培训方案。方法以泰勒模式为理论依据,基于文献回顾、横断面调查及焦点小组讨论,初步拟订培训方案,采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行两轮专家函询,构建成人重症监护室护理缺失预防培训方案。结果两轮函询专家积极系数分别为95.24%、100%,专家权威系数为0.870,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.278、0.296(P<0.05)。最终确立的培训方案包括培训目标、培训内容、培训方式及考核评价4个方面共76个指标条目。其中培训目标含“降低ICU护理缺失发生率”等16项指标,培训内容含“护理缺失概述”等32项指标,培训方式含“培训形式”等17项指标,考核评价含“主观评价”等7项指标。结论构建的成人重症监护室护理缺失预防培训方案科学实用,可为医院开展成人重症监护室护理缺失预防培训提供参考依据和实践思路。
Objective To construct a training program for the prevention of missed nursing care in adult ICU.Method Based on the Taylor model as the theoretical basis,through literature review,cross-sectional survey and focus group discussion,a preliminary training program was drafted.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert inquiries with 20 experts to construct a training program for the prevention of missed nursing care.Result The positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of expert consultations were 95.24%and 100%,the expert authority coefficients were both 0.870,and the Kendall′s coefficients were 0.278 and 0.296(P<0.05).The final determined training plan includes a total of 76 indicator items in 4 aspects:training objectives,contents,methods and assessment and evaluation.Among them,the training objectives include 16 indicators such as reducing the incidence of ICU missed nursing care,the training contents include 32 indicators such as Overview of Missed Nursing Care,the training methods include 17 indicators such as training forms,and the assessment and evaluation include 7 indicators such as subjective evaluation.Conclusion The constructed training program for the prevention of nursing deficiencies in adult ICU is scientific and practical,which can provide a reference framework and operational guidance for hospitals to carry out training on the prevention of missed nursing care in adult ICU.
