摘要
培养什么样的幼儿,是学前教育的首要问题。厘清学前教育阶段儿童核心素养的培育目标是办好学前教育、提高学前保教质量、健全学前教育公共服务体系的前提和导向问题。学前儿童核心素养的内涵界定从儿童培养总体规格层面回答"学前教育培养什么人"这一问题,而学前儿童核心素养框架的构建从人才培养关键素质结构层面回答"学前教育培养什么人"的问题。基于国内外文献和政策分析,探讨学前儿童核心素养内涵和理论基础,构建由身体发展与健康生活素养、人格素养、社会融合素养、双基素养四大维度15个指标构成的学前儿童核心素养指标框架。从园长、教师、家长三大利益相关主体视角,对该指标框架进行认同度调查,结果发现:三大利益相关主体对框架中学前儿童核心素养指标的认同度普遍较高,且具有高度一致性,呈现出重保育素养、对智力素养的重视让位于非智力素养的特征和趋势,但总体缺乏对儿童精神和情感发展需求及社会责任与融合需求的关照。
What qualities should the early childhood education train the children to have is afundamental question to be answered by early childhood education.To define the key competences for children should be the prerequisite of developing ECE and improving ECE quality.Conceptualization of early childhood key competences addresses the question on the overall level of child development,while building indicator framework of early childhood key competences addresses the specific question of children’s quality compositions.Based on literature synthesis and policy text analysis,this study attempts to define what key competences are on the theoretical basis,and to set up an indicator framework composed by 15 indicators under 4 dimensions including physical development and well being,ethics and personalities,social integration,and basic cognitive skills.A survey was conducted among kindergarten presidents,teachers and parents to investigate their perceptions on the 15 indicators.Findings show that the three stakeholders hold high consistency in the recognition of the indicators,and their high expectation for cognition development is giving way to non-intelligent characters.However,cares about the kids’psychological and spiritual development needs as well as social responsibility development needs are still underrepresented.
