摘要
目的 筛选适合在基层医院开展的静脉治疗护理技术项目。方法 本研究在查阅文献和书籍的基础上,通过专家小组讨论,拟订专家咨询问卷,选择19位静脉治疗护理领域的专家进行2轮Delphi专家咨询,并采用层次分析法确定各级技术项目权重。结果 2轮咨询专家的积极系数分别为90.48%和100.00%,专家的权威程度系数分别为0.93和0.96,各级技术项目的肯德尔和谐系数为0.191~0.301,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。最终确立了包含7个一级项目和56个二级项目的基层医院静脉治疗适宜技术。结论 筛选的基层医院静脉治疗适宜技术项目具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可为基层医院的静脉治疗技术推广提供参考。
Objective To screen the intravenous treatment nursing technology items suitable for development in primary hospitals.Methods In this study,based on the review of literature and books,an expert consultation questionnaire was developed through expert group discussion.Nineteen experts in the field of intravenous therapy nursing were selected for 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,and the weight of technical items at all levels was determined using hierarchical analysis.Results The positive coefficients of experts in the 2 rounds of expert consultation were 90.48%and 100%,and the coefficients of expertsauthority degree were 0.93 and 0.96.The Kendall's concordance coefficients of technical items at all levels were 0.191~0.301,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Finally,the appropriate technology of intravenous therapy in primary hospitals was established,including 7 first-level items and 56 second-level items.Conclusion The screened appropriate technology items of intravenous therapy in primary hospitals are highly scientific and reliable,which can provide references for the promotion of intravenous therapy technology in primary hospitals.
