摘要
为减少化工生产火灾事故发生频率,降低火灾安全事故危害程度,针对化工生产中火灾爆炸风险,首先分析了此类事故的特点和成因,并基于具体参数模拟法,评估在具体案例中的火灾爆炸风险。结果表明,化工火灾爆炸事故具有突发性强、破坏力大、易引发连锁反应、事故后果严重等特征,火灾爆炸风险原因主要包含设备故障、操作失误和安全管理漏洞。基于模拟分析结果,重点对化工生产中火灾爆炸风险中的泄漏监测、防火防爆措施和应急预案等防控策略进行论述,期望能够为化工企业提高安全生产水平提供理论支持。
To reduce the frequency of fire accidents in chemical production and mitigate the severity of fire accidents,this study analyzes the characteristics and causes of fire and explosion risks in chemical production.Using specific parameter simulation methods,the fire and explosion risks in specific cases are assessed.The results indicate that chemical fire and explosion accidents are characterized by sudden onset,significant destructive power,potential for chain reactions,and severe consequences.The primary causes of fire and explosion risks include equipment failures,improper operation,and safety management deficiencies.Based on the simulation analysis results,this study focuses on prevention and control strategies for fire and explosion risks in chemical production,including leakage monitoring,fire prevention and explosion protection measures,and emergency response plans,with the aim of providing theoretical support to improve the safety production of chemical enterprises.
