摘要
针对汽车装配线因工序节拍失衡导致的产能浪费问题,文章结合精益生产理念,探索线平衡技术在提升多车型混线生产产能中的应用路径,以增强企业淡旺季产能切换能力与市场响应效率。通过分析新能源车型的生产装配过程,采用模块化方法分解作业单元、量化各工序的标准作业时间,使用线平衡的方法优化线体产能瓶颈,并实施分线动态调整策略。该方法有效减少了过程浪费,提升了装配线体的整体平衡率与最终产能输出,为装配线体柔性生产提供了可行的技术支撑与解决方案。
In response to the problem of production capacity waste caused by unbalanced process rhythms on automotive assembly lines,this paper,in combination with the lean production concept,explores the application path of line balancing technology in enhancing the production capacity of multi-model mixed lines,aiming to improve the enterprise's capacity switching ability between peak and off-peak seasons and market response efficiency.By analyzing the production and assembly process of new energy vehicle models,this article adopts a modular approach to decompose the operation units,quantifies the standard operation time of each process,uses the line balancing method to optimize the capacity bottleneck of the line body,and implements a dynamic adjustment strategy for line division.This method effectively reduces process waste,improves the overall balance rate and final capacity output of the assembly line body,providing a feasible technical support and solution for the flexible production of assembly lines.
