摘要
骨骼在人体中占据至关重要的地位,对维持人体正常功能有重要作用。骨骼疾病不仅损害患者的身体功能和生活质量,还可能诱发严重的并发症,如疼痛、功能障碍,甚至危及生命。葛根素作为中药葛根中的主要活性成分,对骨骼有显著的积极作用。其能有效调节成骨细胞与破骨细胞之间的动态平衡,影响间充质干细胞和软骨细胞的活性,对于骨骼疾病的治疗具有广阔的应用前景。但多种细胞之间是否存在系统调控作用,进而对葛根素的效果产生影响仍不明确,有待未来深入研究。
Bone disease occupies a vital position in the human body and is of great significance for maintaining the normal function of the human body.Bone disease not only impair the physical function and quality of life of the patients,but can also induce serious complications such as pain and dysfunction,and be even life-threatening.Puerarine,as the main active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria lobata,has a significant positive effect on the bone.Puerarin can effectively regulate the dynamic balance between osteoblasts and osteoclasts,and affect the activity of mesenchymal stem cells and chondrocytes,which has a broad prospect for the treatment of bone diseases.However,it is still unclear whether there is a systematic regulation between various cells and then affects the effect of puerarin,needing further research in the future.
