摘要
目的探讨基于思维导图的链式质控管理在医院药房药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2024年1至12月在驻马店市中心医院药房工作的24名工作人员作为研究对象,按照时间进行分组,其中2024年1至6月实施传统管理模式的工作人员为对照组,2024年7至12月实施基于思维导图的链式质控管理的工作人员为观察组。对比两组药品管理质量、工作效率、调剂处方差错、工作人员满意度。结果实施基于思维导图的链式质控管理后,观察组保管规范评分[(21.49±2.91)分]、药品标识清楚评分[(22.68±2.12)分]、药品分类评分[(22.09±2.46)分]、专人专管评分[(22.41±2.51)分],均高于对照组的(17.32±2.21)分、(19.05±1.63)分、(19.12±2.06)分、(18.51±2.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.591、6.650、4.535、5.884,P<0.001);观察组每日人均日调剂量高于对照组[(195.63±18.74)张vs(121.52±10.83)张],处方调配平均时间[(4.12±1.15)min vs(6.05±1.44)min]、药房平均候药时间[(5.01±1.03)min vs(6.61±1.18)min]均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组调剂处方差错率低于对照组(1.11%vs 4.73%),工作人员满意度高于对照组(95.83%vs 66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的链式质控管理可显著提升医院药房药品管理质量,提高工作效率,减少调剂处方差错,满意度高。
Objective To explore the application effect of chain quality control management based on mind mapping in the drug management of hospital pharmacies.Methods Twenty-four staff members who worked in the Department of Pharmacy of Zhumadian Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to dif-ferent time periods.Among them,those who implemented the traditional management model from January to June 2024 were the control group,and those who implemented the chain quality control management based on mind mapping from July to December 2024 were the observation group.The quality of drug management,work efficiency,dispensing and prescription errors,and staff satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Following the management intervention,the observation group achieved scores of(21.49±2.91)points for standardized drug storage,(22.68±2.12)points for clear drug labeling,(22.09±2.46)points for rational drug classification,and(22.41±2.51)points for dedicated personnel management.All these scores were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group,which were(17.32±2.21)points,(19.05±1.63)points,(19.12±2.06)points,and(18.51±2.06)points respectively,with statistically significant differences(t=5.591,6.650,4.535,5.884;all P<0.001).In addition,the observation group demonstrated a higher average daily dispensing volume per staff member[(195.63±18.74)pieces vs(121.52±10.83)pieces],along with significantly shorter average prescription dispensing time[(4.12±1.15)min vs(6.05±1.44)min]and average pharmacy waiting time[(5.01±1.03)min vs(6.61±1.18)min]compared to the control group(all P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group showed a lower prescription dispensing error rate(1.11%vs 4.73%)and higher staff satisfaction than the control group(95.83%vs 66.67%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Chain quality control management based on mind mapping can significantly improve the quality of drug management in hospital pharmacies,increase work efficiency,reduce prescription errors,and achieve high satisfaction.
