摘要
目的分析基层社区医院药房工作人员应用细节管理模式的管理效果。方法选择2024年1月—2025年2月叙永县叙永镇社区卫生服务中心药房在职工作人员6名,对照组(2024年1—7月)实施传统管理模式,观察组(2024年8月—2025年2月)实施细节管理模式,对比两组工作人员药房管理技能、职业倦怠感以及管理满意度。结果观察组工作人员药房管理技能总分为(70.35±4.64)分,高于对照组的(61.44±4.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.252,P<0.05)。观察组情绪耗竭、去人性化评分低于对照组,个人成就感高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基层社区医院药房工作人员应用细节管理模式,可有效提高其药房管理技能、降低职业倦怠感,提升管理满意度。
Objective To analyze the management effect of applying the detail management model among pharmacy staff in grassroots community hospitals.Methods Six on-the-job staff members of the Pharmacy of Xuyong Town Community Health Service Center in Xuyong County from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected.The control group(from January to July 2024)implemented the traditional management model,while the observation group(from August 2024 to February 2025)implemented the detailed management model.Compared the pharmacy management skills,job burnout and management satisfaction of the two groups of staff.Results The total score of pharmacy management skills of the staff in the observation group was 70.35±4.64,which was higher than that of the control group 61.44±4.85,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.252,P<0.05).The scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the personal sense of achievement was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the staff in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the detail management model by the pharmacy staff of grassroots community hospitals can effectively improve their pharmacy management skills,reduce job burnout,and enhance management satisfaction.
