摘要
目的探究精神分裂症患者联用阿立哌唑、利培酮治疗对阳性阴性症状和攻击行为的影响。方法选择郑州市第八人民医院2023年1月至2024年12月收治的82例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组予以利培酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿立哌唑治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月。比较两组阳性阴性症状、临床疗效、攻击行为、生活质量、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%;观察组治疗后阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)中阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状分别为(20.13±2.09)分、(20.11±2.06)分、(51.10±4.59)分,均低于对照组的(26.55±2.31)分、(27.44±2.25)分、(65.50±6.83)分;修改版外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)中言语攻击、体力攻击、财产攻击、自身攻击分别为(1.03±0.08)分、(0.96±0.13)分、(1.06±0.12)分、(0.99±0.14)分,均低于对照组的(1.62±0.11)分、(1.34±0.15)分、(1.42±0.17)分、(1.44±0.19)分;精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)中心理社会、动力与精力、症状和副作用分别为(24.11±2.87)分、(11.13±1.82)分、(14.11±2.45)分,均低于对照组的(31.55±3.62)分、(15.24±2.12)分、(19.22±2.56)分,有统计学差异(P<0.001);对比两组不良反应,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者联用阿立哌唑及利培酮治疗可减轻症状,改善攻击行为及生活质量,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the effect of aripiprazole combined with risperidone on positive and negative symptoms and aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to The Eighth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received risperidone alone,while the observation group received aripiprazole combined with risperidone.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The positive and negative symptoms,clinical efficacy,aggressive behavior,quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.49%);The positive symptoms,negative symptoms,and general psychopatho-logical symptoms in the observation group after treatment in the positive and negative syndrome(PANSS)were(20.13±2.09)points,(20.11±2.06)points,and(51.10±4.59)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(26.55±2.31)points,(27.44±2.25)points,and(65.50±6.83)points].In the modified version of the modified overt aggres-sion scale(MOAS),verbal attack,physical attack,property attack,and self attack were(1.03±0.08)points,(0.96±0.13)points,(1.06±0.12)points,and(0.99±0.14)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(1.62±0.11)points,(1.34±0.15)points,(1.42±0.17)points,and(1.44±0.19)points].The Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)had scores of(24.11±2.87)points,(11.13±1.82)points,and(14.11±2.45)points for psychological and social aspects,motivation and energy,symptoms,and side effects,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(31.55±3.62)points,(15.24±2.12)points,and(19.22±2.56)points],with statistical differences(P<0.001);There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combina-tion of aripiprazole and risperidone in patients with schizophrenia can alleviate symptoms,improve aggressive behavior and quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
