摘要
本文以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为核心,结合《企业网络安全防护》课程特点,探索专业教学与思政教育深度融合的创新路径。通过重构“知识—能力—素养”三维目标体系,系统挖掘网络安全法律法规、职业道德、家国情怀等思政元素,并采用案例教学、角色模拟、项目实践等多元化教学方法,构建“目标引领—内容渗透—方法创新—评价闭环”的课程思政实施框架。实践表明,基于OBE的课程思政模式显著提升了学生的技术应用能力与社会责任感,校企合作反馈数据显示毕业生职业素养达标率提高23%,为应用型网络安全人才培养提供可复制的改革范式。
This paper takes the Outcome-based Education(OBE)concept as its core,and in combination with the characteristics of the“Enterprise Network Security Protection”course,explores an innovative path for the deep integration of professional teaching and ideological and political education.By reconstructing the three-dimensional goal system of“knowledge—ability—quality”,it systematically excavates ideological and political elements such as network security laws and regulations,professional ethics and patriotism,and adopts diversified teaching methods such as case teaching,role simulation,and project practice to construct a course ideological and political implementation framework of“goal guidance—content infiltration—method innovation—evaluation closed loop”.Practice shows that the OBE-based course ideological and political model has significantly improved students’technical application ability and sense of social responsibility.Feedback data from school-enterprise cooperation shows that the rate of graduates meeting professional quality standards has increased by 23%,providing a replicable reform model for the cultivation of application-oriented network security talents.
