摘要
分布式光伏作为新型清洁能源接入电网后,可减少燃料成本和电网运营成本。但由于其发电受天气和地理环境影响较大,导致并网时可能带来电压、频率等电能质量问题,影响配电网的稳定性。为解决这些问题,文章提出采用控制光伏用户出力、优化逆变器控制算法、利用储能系统协同控制等措施,经实践检验,可以显著改善分布式光伏接入后的配网供电电压合格率,提升供电系统的稳定性。
After the access of distributed photovoltaics as a new type of clean energy to the grid,it can reduce fuel and power grid operation costs.however,due to the large impact of weather and geographical environment on its power generation,it may bring voltage,frequency and other power quality when connected to the grid,affecting the stability of the distribution network.to solve these problems,this paper proposes to adopt measures such as controlling the output of photovolta users,optimizing the control algorithm of inverters,and using energy storage systems for collaborative control.after practical inspection,it can significantly improve the voltage qualification rate of network after the access of distributed photovoltaics,thus improving the stability of the power supply system.
