摘要
随着分布式光伏在配电网中渗透率的不断提高,电源类型的多样化以及供电方式的改变给配电网电压控制带来了新的挑战。尤其是分布式光伏出力波动带来的不确定性,使得传统电压控制方法已不再完全适用。在大规模光伏并网过程中,配电网和光伏用户之间的利益发生冲突,一方面为提高光伏的消纳率进行无功调压会增大网损,另一方面盲目切除光伏会使光伏用户的利益受损。基于上述问题,提出了一种考虑利益主体协调的配电网光伏控制策略。该方法通过建立不确定集合,将光伏出力波动和日前负荷预测曲线误差带来的不确定性纳入考虑,以配电网安全稳定运行约束为基础,建立鲁棒电压控制模型。在解决电压越限问题的同时,通过光伏的有功无功协调控制,达到均衡配电网和光伏用户之间利益的目的。并利用IEEE 33节点系统进行算例分析,验证了所提方法的鲁棒性和有效性。
As the penetration rate of distributed photovoltaic(PV)systems in power distribution networks continues to rise,the diversification of power supply types and the change of power supply modes have brought new challenges to the voltage control of the distribution network.Particularly,the uncertainty associated with fluctuations in distributed PV output makes traditional voltage control methods less effective.During the large-scale integration of PV systems into the grid,conflicts arise between the interests of the power distribution network and PV users.On one hand,reactive power voltage regulation to improve PV absorption rates leads to increased network losses;on the other hand,indiscriminately disconnecting PV systems can harm the economic interests of PV users.In light of above issues,this paper proposes a PV control strategy for power distribution networks that considers the coordination of stakeholder interests.This method takes into account the uncertainty introduced by PV output fluctuations and day-ahead load forecast curve errors by building an uncertainty ensemble,building a robust voltage control model based on the constraint of safe and stable operation of the distribution network.Through coordinated control of the active and reactive power of the PV systems,this strategy not only addresses the issue of voltage limit violations but also harmonizes the interests of the distribution network and PV users.The robustness and effectiveness of the proposed method are validated through case analysis using the IEEE 33-bus system.
