低压台区侧分布式光伏监测调控系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对新型电力系统下强随机性、波动性的分布式光伏大规模接入后,低压400V台区侧的管理、多源调控、响应能力无法匹配的问题,设计了一套服务于电网低压台区侧的分布式光伏监测调控系统。该系统依托分布式光伏并网点监测调控装置实时采集、分析发电数据和电能质量数据,构建电能质量分析与评价模型,并提出台区侧分布式光伏并网柔性控制策略,细化控制阈值、控制范围等关键参数,实现分布式光伏并网“可观、可测、可控”核心功能。 In order to solve the problem that the management,multi-source regulation and response ability of the low-voltage 400 V station area can not be satisfied after the large-scale access of distributed photovoltaic with strong ran-domness and volatility under the new power system,a distributed photovoltaic monitoring and control system serving the low-voltage station area side of the power grid is designed.The system relies on the real-time collection and anal-ysis of power generation data and power quality data by the monitoring and control device of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected points,constructs a power quality analysis and evaluation model,and proposes a flexible control strate-gy for distributed photovoltaic grid-connected at the station area,refines key parameters such as control threshold and control range,and realizes the core function of“observable,measurable and controllable”of distributed photovoltaic grid-connected.
