摘要 随着环境保护标准的日益严格和技术的持续发展,新能源汽车的制造工艺逐渐得到优化。文章深入分析了智能化技术在新能源汽车制造工艺优化中的实际应用策略,着重探讨了精益生产、自动化和柔性制造等方式,同时分析了物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术在提高生产效率、精度和产品质量方面的积极作用。通过构建智能工艺优化系统,实现了生产环节的智能化及自动化,可为新能源汽车行业的持续发展提供坚实的保障。 With the increasingly strict environmental protection standards and the continuous development of technology,the manufacturing process of new energy vehicles is gradually being optimized.This article deeply analyzes the practical application strategies of intelligent technology in the optimization of new energy vehicle manufacturing processes,focusing on lean production,automation,and flexible manufacturing.At the same time,it analyzes the positive role of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence in improving production efficiency,accuracy,and product quality.By constructing an intelligent process optimization system,the intelligent and automated production process can be achieved,providing a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry.
