摘要
工艺危害分析是通过系统化方法识别、评估和控制工业生产过程中潜在危险的技术。油气管道的工艺危害分析评估工作已开展10余年,积累了大量工程经验但缺少智能化的评估工具,因此需要开发一款适用于油气管道行业工艺危害分析的智能评估软件。本文研究提出的软件可通过识别场站特性、工艺及设备特点等提供智能化的工艺危害分析,且分析全流程符合相关国家标准及行业规范要求。通过该软件可提升工艺危害分析的工作效率和质量,助力企业实现智能化风险可控。
Process hazard analysis is a technical methodology that employs systematic techniques to recognize,evaluate,and mitigate potential risks within industrial production processes.In the context of oil and gas pipelines,process hazard analysis has been practiced for over a decade,accumulating substantial engineering expertise.However,there remains a lack of intelligent evaluation tools in this field.This software can offer automated process hazard analysis by detecting the attributes of stations,processes,and equipment,while ensuring the entire analytical procedure adheres to standards and regulations.By utilizing this software,the efficiency and quality of process hazard analysis can be significantly enhanced,aiding companies in achieving smarter risk management.
