基于智能化的汽车总装工艺优化研究

摘要 随着工业4.0时代的到来,智能化技术为商用车总装工艺带来了革命性变革,通过引入数字孪生与机器视觉及人工智能算法等先进技术,商用车总装线实现了从传统人工操作向智能协同作业的转型升级。智能化工艺优化有效提升了装配精度和生产效率与质量稳定性,降低了人为失误率并为柔性化生产奠定了坚实基础。实践表明,智能化技术的深度应用能够显著改善商用车总装的工艺水平,推动制造模式向数字化与网络化及智能化方向发展,为商用车产业高质量发展提供了重要技术支撑。 With the arrival of the Industry 40 era,intelligent technology has brought revolutionary changes to the commercial vehicle assembly process.By introducing advanced technologies such as digital twins,machine vision,and artificial intelligence algorithms,the commercial vehicle assembly line has achieved a transformation and upgrading from traditional manual operation to intelligent collaborative operation.Intelligent process optimization effectively improves assembly accuracy,production efficiency,and quality stability,reduces human error rates,and lays a solid foundation for flexible production Practice has shown that the deep application of intelligent technology can significantly improve the process level of commercial vehicle assembly,promote the development of manufacturing models towards digitization,networking,and intelligence,and provide important technical support for the high-quality development of the commercial vehicle industry.
