温肾通络方联合经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果

摘要 目的 探析骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)联合应用温肾通络方、经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗的效果。方法 选择本院2022年10月—2023年10月收治的60例OVCF患者为研究样本,遵照简单随机法将其分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组予常规治疗,而试验组予温肾通络方结合PKP治疗。比较并分析两组中医证候积分、疼痛与脊柱功能。结果 试验组中医证候积分比对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组比,试验组术后不同时间段视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分均更低(P<0.05);试验组功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)颈椎功能评价量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对OVCF患者实施温肾通络方配合PKP治疗能改善中医证候积分、疼痛及胸腰椎功能,临床推广价值高。 Objective To analyze the value of osteoporotic vertebral compressed fracture(OVCF)combined with the value of the treatment of warming kidneys and talcidal rectalation(PKP)therapy.Methods 60 cases of OVCF patients collected from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research samples.They were divided into control groups(n=30)and test groups(n=30)in accordance with the simple random method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the test group was combined with PKP treatment.Compare and analyze the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,pain and spinal function.Results The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental group had lower visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points after surgery(P<0.05);The ODI score and JOA score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of warming kidneys for OVCF patients with PKP treatment can improve the terminal points,pain and thoracic lumbar vertebrae function,and have high clinical promotion value.
