摘要
目的研究和分析影响透析患者生命健康质量的相关因素。方法选取115例接受透析治疗的终末期肾病患者,回顾性分析患者社会人口学资料及基线临床特征,应用五个健康领域状态评估量表和视觉模拟评分量表(EQ-VAS)对患者生活质量进行评价,分析透析患者生命健康质量多因素线性回归结果。结果透析患者EQ-VAS平均得分为(72.19±3.46)分,以社会人口学资料及基线临床特征作为自变量,以EQ-VAS得分作为因变量,实施单因素线性回归分析,结果表明EQ-VAS得分与婚姻状态、是否吸烟、是否饮酒、体力活动、疼痛、高血压、糖尿病、家族史、用药史无明显相关性(P>0.05),与行动能力、自我照顾、日常活动、焦虑、睡眠评价有明显相关性(P<0.05)。多因素线性回归结果表明,日常活动、焦虑及睡眠评价为影响透析患者生命健康质量的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论日常活动、焦虑状态及睡眠质量为影响透析患者生命健康质量的主要因素,可采取针对性的干预措施,提升患者生命健康质量。
Objective To study and analyze the relevant factors affecting the quality of life and health of dialysis patients.Methods A total of 115 end-stage renal disease patients who received dialysis treatment were selected for retrospective analysis of their social demographic data and baseline clinical characteristics.The quality of life of patients was evaluated using the five health status assessment scales and the EQ-VAS,and the results of the multifactorial linear regression of the quality of life and health of dialysis patients were analyzed.Results The average score of EQ-VAS of dialysis patients was(72.19±3.46)points.With sociodemographic data and baseline clinical characteristics as independent variables,and the score of EQ-VAS as dependent variable,a single factor linear regression analysis was carried out.The results showed that the score of EQ-VAS had no significant correlation with marital status,whether smoking,whether drinking,physical activity,pain,hypertension,diabetes,family history,and medication history(P>0.05).The EQ-VAS score is significantly correlated with action ability,selfcare,daily activities,anxiety,and sleep evaluation(P<0.05).The results of multiple factor linear regression showed that daily activities,anxiety,and sleep evaluation were related factors affecting the quality of life and health of dialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Daily activities,anxiety state,and sleep quality are the main factors affecting the quality of life and health of dialysis patients,targeted intervention measures can be taken to improve the quality of life and health of patients.
