摘要
目的 探讨宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)与心理弹性的相关性。方法 选取2021年3月—2023年11月于中山市第五人民医院就诊的105例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,收集患者一般资料,并采用癌因性疲乏评估量表(CFAS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对患者进行问卷调查,通过Pearson相关性分析法分析二者的相互关系。结果 宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏处于中等程度,心理弹性水平一般,患者CFAS评分与CD-RISC评分呈负相关。结论 宫颈癌患者癌因性疲乏程度与心理弹性有关,应开展针对性心理干预或健康教育,以降低患者癌因性疲乏。
Objective To explore the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and psychological resilience in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 105 cervical cancer patients who visited the Fifth People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2021 to November 2023 were selected as research subjects.General information of the patients was collected,and the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFAS)and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used for questionnaire surveys.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the two.Results The cancer-related fatigue in cervical cancer patients was at a moderate level,and their psychological resilience was generally average.There was a negative correlation between CFAS scores and CD-RISC scores.Conclusion The degree of cancer-related fatigue in cervical cancer patients is related to their psychological resilience.Targeted psychological intervention or health education should be carried out to reduce cancer-related fatigue in patients.
