摘要
目的探讨宫颈癌(CCA)患者采用整合式心理护理联合智谋理论护理干预对心理韧性、癌因性疲乏及应对方式的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年4月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的76例CCA患者,按照随机数字表法分为干预组(n=38)与对照组(n=38)。对照组采用常规护理干预,干预组采用整合式心理护理联合智谋理论护理干预,比较两组心理韧性、癌因性疲乏及应对方式。结果干预后两组的心理弹性量表评分、积极应对评分提高,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组的癌症疲乏量表评分、消极应对评分降低,且干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整合式心理护理联合智谋理论护理可改善CCA患者心理韧性、癌因性疲乏、应对方式。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated psychological nursing combined with resourcefulness theory nursing intervention on mental toughness,cancer-related fatigue and coping style in cervical cancer(CCA)patients.Methods A total of 76 patients with CCA admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the intervention group(n=38)and the control group(n=38)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given integrated psychological nursing combined with resourcefulness theory nursing intervention.The psychological toughness,cancer-related fatigue and coping styles of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and positive coping scores in the two groups were improved,and the scores of CD-RISC and positive coping scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and negative coping scores in the two groups were decreased,and the scores of CFS and negative coping scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated psychological nursing combined with resourcefulness theory nursing can improve mental toughness,cancer-related fatigue and coping style in CC A patients.
