摘要
文中研究集中荷载考虑方式及临时固结受力问题,为保障桥梁临时结构设计的安全性与可靠性。研究通过分析各类荷载工况同时出现的概率,运用力系平移原理简化不平衡荷载,并借助有限元方法精确计算临时固结体系的受力状况。在加载方式上,将结构自重、混凝土盖梁及节段梁等荷载简化为集中荷载与均布荷载,同时设置两种工况进行应力分析。结果表明在不同工况下,临时固结体系各部件的应力均低于设计强度限值,验证了设计方案的安全性与可行性。基于结果,文章提出了针对临时固结体系设计与施工的结论及建议,为同类工程提供了重要的理论依据与实践参考。
This study aims to investigate the methods of considering intermediate loads and the stress behavior of temporary consolidation systems to ensure the safety and reliability of bridge temporary structure design.By analyzing the probability of simultaneous occurrence of various load conditions,the resultant unbalanced loads were simplified using the principle of force system translation.Finite element methods were then employed to accurately calculate the stress state of the temporary consolidation system.In terms of loading,structural self-weight,concrete cap beams,and segmental beams were simplified into concentrated and uniformly distributed loads,with two load scenarios set for stress analysis.Results show that under different conditions,the stresses in all components of the temporary consolidation system remain below the design strength limits,verifying the safety and feasibility of the design scheme.Based on these findings,conclusions and recommendations for the design and construction of temporary consolidation systems are proposed,providing important theoretical basis and practical reference for similar projects.
