混凝土箱梁桥0^#1^#块施工托架安全性分析 被引量:12

Safety analysis of bracket structure for main beam 0^#1^# segment construction of concrete box girder bridge

摘要 基于有限差分软件,对湖南沅水特大桥主梁0#、1#块施工托架进行了空间受力分析,获得了其应力分布特点,指出其薄弱环节。并结合施工监测结果,对托架结构的安全与稳定性进行了评价。研究结果表明:托架系统的牛腿根部、贝雷梁、腹板和横隔板处的脚手架受力最为不利,同时由于施工方法的局限性,施工过程中易出现应力不均匀、局部应力和变形过大等问题,因此托架安装过程中,应尽量保证托架各组成部分的平整度,消除施工过程中的不均匀受力;0#、1#段截面高度较大时,混凝土应分期浇筑,以减小托架系统承受的后浇注混凝土质量和托架的弹性变形、模板系的非弹性变形;同时在保证托架系统承载力的情况下,应尽量减少1期和2期混凝土浇筑的时间间隔,以减少混凝土的收缩徐变差,确保结构质量。 Based on Yuanshui bridge main beam 0^#1^# segment construction, three dimensional stress distribu- tion characteristics of bracket were obtained using finite difference software and the weakness of bracket was pointed out. The safety and stability of bracket were evaluated according to the measured results of the con- struction monitoring. The results show that the force of corbel roots, Bailey beam, the scaffold of web and dia- phragm position of the bracket system is of the most disadvantage, and due to the limitations of construction methods, such problems as the uneven stress, local stress and large deformation are easy to appear during the construction process. Aimed at the big problems above, some improvements have been made during the instal- lation process of bracket, which can ensure flatness of various components of the bracket and eliminate uneven force during the construction process; when the height of 0^#1^# segment is relatively big, the concrete should be poured several times to relieve the bracket system to withstand the weight of poured concrete, bracket elastic deformation and inelastic deformation of template; the interval between the first concrete pouring and the second concrete pouring should be reduced as possible to decrease the shrinkage and creep difference so as to ensure the structure quality with bearing capacity of bracket guaranteed. 2 tabs, 6 figs, 12 refs.
