摘要
目的评价基于知—信—行(KAP)理论的护理干预模式在泌尿外科手术患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月—2024年10月本院收治的108例泌尿外科手术患者,根据干预方式不同分为常规组(54例,采取常规护理干预)和KAP组(54例,采取基于KAP理论的护理干预模式)。比较两组患者干预前后的心理状态、饮食依从性、健康行为及术后并发症发生情况。结果干预后,两组HAMA和HAMD评分均降低(P<0.05),且KAP组显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组Frankl评分和HPLP-Ⅱ评分均升高(P<0.05),且KAP组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生情况比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论基于KAP理论的护理干预模式能有效改善泌尿外科手术患者心理状态,提高饮食依从性及健康行为得分,值得应用。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of nursing intervention model based on Knowledge Attitude Practice(KAP)theory in postoperative patients undergoing urological surgery.Methods 108 patients undergoing urological surgery admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a routine group of 54 patients(receiving routine nursing intervention)and a KAP group of 54 patients(receiving nursing intervention based on KAP theory)according to different intervention methods.Compare the psychological status,dietary compliance,health behavior,and incidence of postoperative complications of patients before and after intervention between two groups.Results After intervention,both groups showed a decrease in HAMA and HAMD scores(P<0.05),and the KAP group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,both groups showed an increase in Frankl score and HPLP-Ⅱscore(P<0.05),and the KAP group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention model based on KAP theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing urological surgery,enhance dietary compliance and healthy behavior,and is worthy of application.
