摘要
泌尿系结石是泌尿科较为常见的疾病之一,具有病因和结石成分复杂、复发率高等特点。枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒是中国泌尿外科医生常用的结石防治药物之一,是常用的尿酸结石口服溶石治疗药物和非感染结石预防性治疗药物。本研究对近年来枸橼酸氢钾钠国内外基础与临床研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供决策参考。
Urolithiasis is one of the most common diseases in Department of Urology,and it has the characteristics of complex etiology,complex stone composition and high recurrence rate.Potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granule is one of the frequently used drugs for stone prevention and treatment by urologists in China,and are commonly used in the treatment of uric acid calculi and prophylactic treatment of non-infectious stones.This study reviewed the basic and clinical researches of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate in recent years in order to provide references for clinical decision-making.
