摘要
目的探究脓血症休克患者治疗中采用血必净注射液的疗效。方法纳入2023年6月—2024年6月在本院就诊的80例脓毒症休克患者,根据随机数字表法划分为对照组和研究组,接受常规疗法的一组为对照组(40例),接受常规疗法结合血必净注射液疗法的一组为研究组(40例)。检查两组脓毒症休克患者的治疗总有效率、APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分、白介素-6、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、血肌酐。结果两组总有效率对比,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后APACHEⅡ评分、SOFA评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后白介素-6、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白、血肌酐均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脓血症休克患者治疗中采用血必净注射液不仅可以增强疗效,还可以改善患者健康状态,应用价值高。
Objective To study the efficacy of Xue Bijing Injection on Septic Shock.Methods The 80 cases of septic shock in the period of June 2023 to June 2024 were randomized to the comparison and the observed.Normal treatment was given in the control group(40 patients),and in the control group(40 patients)were treated with routine treatment combined with Xuebijing.The overall efficacy,APACHEⅡ,SOFA,IL 6,Procalcitonin,High Sensitive Reactive Protein(CRP)and Serum Creatinine were observed in 2 groups.Results Comparison of the overall efficiency of both groups was made,and the observed group was significantly superior to that of the normal group(P<0.05).The APACHEⅡand SOFA scores of the observed group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The results showed that IL-6,procalcitonin,high sensitive CRP,CR were significantly decreased in the observed group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of septic shock patients can not only enhance the therapeutic effect,but also improve the patient's health status,and has high application value.
