摘要
拯救脓毒症运动:脓毒症与感染性休克治疗国际指南(2016)已于近期发布,本文就指南的历史概况,主要内容进行介绍和分析。总体而言,较之2012版指南,新指南主要在初始液体复苏、抗感染治疗、机械通气、营养支持等方面的推荐意见有较多调整;但总体上指南纳入的新治疗手段不多,倾向于保守。最后,指南中的推荐意见更为简洁和优化,将有利于重症医师对其的依从性增加。
The main aim of present review was to introduce and analysis the historical backgrounds and essential components of Surviving Sepsis Campaign： International Guidelines for Management of Sepsis and Septic Shock 2016 which published recently. In general, comparing with Guideline 2012, many emendations in term of addition and deletion of recommendations occurred in the parts of initial resuscitation, antimicrobial therapies, mechanical ventilation, and nutritional support among current Guideline. However, it also suggested the conservative trend of Guideline 2016 while many sorts of new emerging therapies were not considered and incorporated into recommending lists. Finally, the recommendations in the guide were more concise and optimized, which would possibly facilitate clinicians′ adherence to guidelines in intensive care unit.
