摘要
通过对北美霍尼韦尔、GE公司两大知名航空发动机供应商的4个典型系列产品发展路线及技术发展路径进行研究,归纳出北美涡轴和涡桨发动机的5大发展规律和特点:作战模式和使用场景变化是航空发动机新产品研制的源动力;先进航空发动机研制共同遵循了“验证机技术验证—型号/产品研制”发展规律;改进改型和衍生发展是产品系列化发展的最有效途径。结合美国实施的IHPTET、VAATE、SHFE等技术发展计划,可以预测未来航空动力将朝多元化方向发展,同时实现传统构型动力与新概念动力同步快速发展。
The study on the four typical product development routes and technology development paths of Honeywell and GE Company,the famous aero-engine suppliers,induces five development rules and characteristics of North American turboshaft and turboprop engine:the changes of combat mode and use scene are the source power of the new product development of aero-engine;the development of advanced aero-engine jointly follows the development law of"verification machine technology verification model/product development";improvement,modification and derivative development are the most effective means for the development of product series;with the combination of a series of technology development plans such as ihptet,vaate and shfe implemented in the United States,it is predictable that the future aviation power will develop in the direction of diversification,and the synchronous and rapid development of traditional configuration power and new concept power can be achieved as well.
