摘要
新文科背景下,地方高校产教融合教育创新对适应社会经济发展需求具有重要意义。试在剖析地方高校校企合作模式、人才培养质量评估、资源整合效率、社会经济影响及现存挑战的产教融合现状的基础上,提出构建涉及育人目标定位、课程创新、教学方法改革、质量保障机制及教育目标设定的新文科视角下的产教融合育人模式,进而提出了包括校企协同育人、人才培养与项目设计改革、资源优化配置、成效监测改进及合作模式创新的产教融合实践路径,最后分析了发展趋势并提出特色发展路径、政策支持体系及长远策略,希望为高等教育与社会需求深度对接提供理论与实践参考。
Against the backdrop of new liberal arts,the educational innovation of industry-education integration in local universities is crucial for adapting to socioeconomic development.This study analyzes the current status of industry-education integration in local universities,covering school-enterprise cooperation models,talent cultivation quality assessment,resource integration efficiency,socioeconomic impacts,and existing challenges.It then constructs an education model for industry-education integration from the perspective of new liberal arts,involving the positioning of educational objectives,curriculum innovation,teaching method reform,quality assurance mechanisms,and educational goal setting.Furthermore,it proposes practical paths for integration,including school-enterprise collaborative education,reform of talent cultivation and project design,optimization the distribution of resources,effectiveness monitoring,and cooperation model innovation.Finally,it forecasts development trends,explores opportunities and challenges,and puts forward characteristic development paths,policy support systems,and long-term strategies.This research provides theoretical and practical references for the deep integration of higher education with social needs.
