摘要
运筹学课程是研究如何有效组织和管理有限资源,创造最大收益的课程,对于管理学科的发展和人才的培养起到了重要的作用。多年的研究与实践表明:要达到培养理论与实践能力较强的应用型人才的目的,就要广泛吸收现代教育新理念,充分利用现代网络技术,创新教学模式;以运筹学内容为载体,恰到好处地融入科研新成果;合理挖掘课堂思政元素,培养促进学生深度学习、高效学习和有效学习的教育价值追求;强调以学生为中心、教师为引导,用“善教”促“善学”,这样才能让不同层次的学生都能得到最大程度的收获和成长。
Operations research is a subject that studies how to effectively organize and manage limited resources and create maximum benefits,which plays an important role in the development of management and the training of talents.Years of research and practice show that:in order to achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents with strong theoretical and practical ability,it is necessary to extensively absorb the new concepts of modern education,make full use of modern network technology,and innovate teaching models.Using operations research content as a carrier,integrating new scientific research achievements appropriately;Reasonably explore ideological and political elements in the classroom,cultivate educational value pursuits that promote students′deep learning,efficient learning,and effective learning;Emphasizing student-centered and teacher guided approaches,using′good teaching′to promote′good learning′,can enable students at different levels to achieve maximum rewards and growth.
