摘要
产教融合是促进教育链与产业链融合发展的重要途径,而微专业则是产业升级背景下高校创新人才培养模式、重塑教育教学组织形式的重要手段。探索产教融合理念下微专业建设模式,对于培养适应现代产业发展的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才具有重要意义。结合地方高校微专业人才培养定位,从课程体系构建、教学模式改革、建设管理模式等方面探索地方高校微专业产教融合建设模式,具体探究了微专业建设的能力需求导向的课程体系构建、项目案例牵引的教学模式创新以及多方协同的建设管理模式,对产教融合理念下地方高校微专业建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
Industry-education integration is one of the significant ways to promote the integration of education chain and industrial chain,and micro-program is an important means for universities to innovate talent training mode and reshape education and teaching organization form.It is of great significance to explore the industry-education integration mode in micro-program construction under the background of industrial upgrading for training high-quality applied,composite and innovative talents who can adapt to the development of modern industries.This paper combines with the talent training orientation of micro-programs in local universities,and explores the industry-education integrating construction mode of micro-majors from the aspects of curriculum system construction,teaching mode reform,construction and management mode.This paper introduces the course system construction oriented by ability demand,the teaching mode innovation driven by project cases and the multi-party collaborative construction management mode of micro-major construction,which has certain reference significance for the micro-major construction in local universities under the concept of industry-education integration.
