摘要
目的 探讨媒体视频示范联合互动式护理对支气管哮喘患儿治疗配合度及症状控制情况的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年1月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院收治的90例支气管哮喘患儿资料进行回顾分析,根据护理方式的不同分为2组。对照组(n=45)施行常规护理,观察组(n=45)施行媒体视频示范联合互动式护理。比较2组的治疗配合度、支气管哮喘控制情况、肺功能及生活质量。结果 观察组的治疗配合度优良率和支气管哮喘控制总有效率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组出院时及干预1个月后的一秒率、呼气流量峰值、用力肺活量以及症状、活动、情感功能评分均更优(P均<0.05)。结论 媒体视频示范联合互动式护理可提高支气管哮喘患儿的治疗配合度及支气管哮喘症状控制效果,且有助于患儿肺功能和生活质量的改善。
Objective To explore the impact of media video demonstration combined with interactive nursing on treatment compliance and symptom control in child patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 child patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology between January 2022 and January 2024 were selected with their clinical data conducted for a retrospective analysis.The patients were divided into two group according to the different nursing interventions.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing and the observation group(n=45)received media video demonstration combined with interactive nursing.The treatment compliance,bronchial asthma control,pulmonary function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment compliance and the total effective rate of bronchial asthma control in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better forced expiratory volume in one second,peak expiratory flow,and forced vital capacity,as well as higher scores of symptoms,activities and emotional functions at discharge and one month after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of media video demonstration combined with interactive nursing can improve the treatment compliance and bronchial asthma symptom control in child patients with bronchial asthma,and contribute to improving their pulmonary function and quality of life.
