摘要
目的 探究家庭参与式康复护理对重症病毒性脑炎患儿神经功能及运动功能的影响。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年12月于华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院治疗的96例重症病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象。将96例患儿按1∶1比例随机分配入对照组和观察组,2组各48例。对照组接受基础对症治疗和基础护理。观察组接受基础对症治疗和基础护理基础上实施家庭参与式康复护理。比较2组的神经功能、运动功能评分及生存质量评分。结果 护理后,2组的神经功能、运动功能评分及生存质量评分均较护理前改善,且观察组均优于对照组,组内和组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 家庭参与式康复护理能够改善重症病毒性脑炎患儿的运动功能,减轻神经功能损伤,提升生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of family integrated rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and motor function of children with severe viral encephalitis.Methods Ninety-six children with severe viral encephalitis treated at Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Ninety-six children were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group according to a 1∶1 ratio,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received basic symptomatic treatment and basic nursing.The observation group implemented family integrated rehabilitation nursing on the basis of basic symptomatic treatment and basic nursing.Neurological function,motor function score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the neurological function,motor function scores,and quality of life scores of both groups were improved compared with those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The differences within and between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion Family integrated rehabilitation nursing can improve the motor function,reduce the neurological injury and improve the quality of life of children with severe viral encephalitis.
