摘要
目的 探讨以独立案例分析为基础的护理在行血液净化治疗儿童脓毒症中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年3月至2023年6月泉州市妇幼保健院·儿童医院收治的120例行血液净化治疗的脓毒症患儿,应用随机数字表法将纳入的患儿分为2组,即对照组(60例,常规护理)和观察组(60例,在常规护理基础上给予以独立案例分析为基础的护理)。比较2组的干预效果。结果 干预2周和1个月后,观察组的儿童抑郁障碍自评量表和儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表评分均低于同期对照组,生理、情感等生存质量评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05);与此同时,2组的上述评分均明显比入院时优(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组患儿的并发症总发生率更低,家长的护理总满意率更高(P均<0.05)。结论 对行血液净化治疗的脓毒症患儿开展以独立案例分析为基础的护理,有助于改善患儿的不良情绪,提高其生活质量,降低并发症总发生率,且患儿家长的护理满意度高。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing based on independent case analysis in the nursing of children with sepsis undergoing blood purification treatment.Methods A total of 120 cases of children with sepsis treated with blood purification at the Quanzhou Womens and Childrens Hospital,Quanzhou Childrens Hospital from March 2020 to June 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with a control group(60 cases receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(60 cases receiving nursing based on independent case analysis in addition to routine nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the scores of the Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time,and the physiological,emotional,and other quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).At the same time,the above scores of both groups were significantly better than those at admission(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower overall incidence of complications and higher parental satisfaction with the nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing based on independent case analysis in children with sepsis undergoing blood purification treatment can help improve their negative emotions,enhance their quality of life,and reduce the overall incidence of complications,with high parental satisfaction with the nursing care.
