摘要
目的 分析基于循证护理的个性化护理在儿童糖尿病患儿中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析徐州医科大学附属医院于2019年1月至2023年1月收治的80例儿童糖尿病患儿的临床资料。按照院内护理模式,将接受综合护理者纳入对照组(37例),将接受基于循证的个性化护理者纳入观察组(43例)。对比2组患儿在护理前后的血糖水平、心理状态和治疗依从性变化,并记录其随访期间的不良事件发生率。结果 护理21 d后,观察组患儿的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平以及儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分均低于对照组,其饮食、运动、用药、血糖监测依从性评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组上述情况均较护理前改善(P均<0.05)。观察组患儿在随访期间的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于循证护理的个性化护理能够帮助儿童糖尿病患儿提高血糖控制水平、改善心理状态、优化自我管理依从性,同时也是降低不良事件发生风险的有效方式。
Objective To analyze the application value of individualized nursing based on evidence-based nursing in children with diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the in-hospital nursing model for children,those who received comprehensive nursing were included in the control group(37 cases),and those who received evidence-based individualized nursing were included in the observation group(43 cases).The changes of blood glucose levels,psychological status and treatment compliance before and after nursing in the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse events during the follow-up was recorded.Results After 21 d of nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,as well as the scores of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders and the Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.Their compliance scores in diet,exercise,medication,and blood glucose monitoring were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the above conditions of the two groups were improved compared with those before nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events during follow-up in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing based on evidence-based nursing can help children with diabetes mellitus improve blood glucose control,improve psychological status,optimize self-management compliance,and is also an effective way to reduce the risk of adverse events.
