摘要
目的 探究个性化宣教对行无痛胃肠镜检查患者心理状态及血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))的影响。方法 以2023年1~12月在东莞市大朗医院进行无痛胃肠镜检查的277例患者为研究对象,依照抽签法将患者分成对照组(138例,给予常规护理)和试验组(139例,给予常规护理及个性化宣教)。比较2组的心理状态、SpO_(2)、检查相关时间、检查冲洗次数及不良反应情况。结果 留观结束时,2组的焦虑自评量表评分均低于干预前(P均<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在给氧前及检查结束退镜后的SpO_(2)均大致相近(P均>0.05),在麻醉后进镜前、进镜后的SpO_(2)均比同期对照组高(P均<0.05)。试验组的内镜操作时长短于对照组,苏醒时间早于对照组,检查冲洗次数少于对照组,不良情况总发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 对进行无痛胃肠镜检查的患者实施个性化宣教,可有效改善其心理状况,提高其检查时的SpO_(2)和检查质量,缩短检查相关时间,减少术后不良情况。
Objective To explore the impact of personalized education on the psychological status and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))of patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 277 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy at Dalang Hospital of Dongguan from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the drawing method,the patients were divided into a control group(138 cases,receiving routine care)and an experimental group(139 cases,receiving routine care and personalized education).The psychological status,SpO_(2),relevant examination time,examination rinse frequency,and adverse reaction conditions of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of the observation period,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores in both groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SpO_(2) levels of the experimental group before oxygen administration and after the end of the examination were similar(P>0.05),while the SpO_(2) levels of the experimental group before and after the endoscopy after anesthesia were higher than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter endoscopic operation time,earlier awakening time,fewer inspection and flushing times,and lower overall incidence of adverse conditions(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized education for patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can effectively improve their psychological status,increase their SpO_(2) and quality of examination,shorten the examination related time,and reduce postoperative adverse conditions.
