摘要
目的 探析中药塌渍联合耳尖放血在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年8月徐州市中医院诊治的120例带状疱疹患者进行回顾性分析,根据不同干预方式分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上同时实施中药塌渍联合耳尖放血。比较2组的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、疼痛程度及睡眠质量。结果 干预结束时,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的止疱、结痂和脱痂时间均较对照组更早(P均<0.05)。干预结束次日,2组的视觉模拟评分法评分均较干预前降低(P均<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预结束次日,观察组的觉醒次数少于对照组、睡眠潜伏时间短于对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均优于干预第1天(P均<0.05)。结论 中药塌渍联合耳尖放血可提高带状疱疹患者的临床疗效,缩短止疱、结痂和脱痂时间,降低疼痛感,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with ear apex bloodletting in patients with herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients with herpes zoster treated at Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from September 2022 to August 2023.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received a combination of Chinese medicine collapse stains and ear apex bloodletting in addition to the routine nursing.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,pain degree,and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of intervention,the overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed earlier time for blister stopping,scab formation,and scab shedding compared to the control group(P<0.05).On the day after intervention,the scores of the Visual Analogue Scale in both groups decreased compared with pre-intervention scores(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the day after intervention,the observation group showed fewer number of waking after sleep onset and shorter sleep latency compared with the control group(P<0.05),and both groups were better than the first day of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Chinese medicine collapse stains combined with ear apex bloodletting can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with herpes zoster,shorten their time for blister stopping,scab formation,and scab shedding,reduce pain,and improve sleep quality.
