奥卡西平诱发癫痫患儿Stevens-Johnson综合征1例

A case report of oxcarbazepine-induced Stevens-Johnson syndrome in a pediatric epilepsy patient

摘要 报道1例由奥卡西平诱发癫痫患儿Stevens-Johnson综合征(SJS)的病例。患儿,男性,1岁6月,体质量10 kg。因“全身皮疹加重3d”于2024年8月20日收入院。患儿既往因癫痫发作予奥卡西平、托吡酯和左乙拉西坦治疗,用药7 d后出现皮疹,但癫痫症状控制佳。临床药师查阅相关文献,考虑奥卡西平导致药物不良反应可能性大,立即停药,停药后患儿家属要求出院。3d前患儿全身皮疹加重,再次入院后予甲泼尼龙联合磷霉素治疗。经治疗,患儿皮疹完全消退,准予出院,出院后继续口服药物维持治疗。出院1周后随访显示,患儿下肢仅有少量皮肤处于脱痂状态,皮疹基本消退。
