摘要
目的 探讨团队管理形式的个体化护理对行视网膜脱离手术患者术后疼痛程度与视力水平的影响。方法 选择中山市人民医院于2020年2月至2023年6月收治的180例行视网膜脱离手术患者开展前瞻研究,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各90例。对照组术后应用常规护理,观察组术后采用团队管理形式的个体化护理。比较2组的视力水平恢复情况等。结果 出院时与出院3个月后,2组的最佳矫正视力均低于护理前,低视力者生活质量量表评分均高于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均较同期对照组更优(P均<0.05);护理1周和2周后,2组的视觉模拟评分法评分均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。出院3个月后,观察组的视网膜复位率与健康知识掌握良好率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 团队管理形式的个体化护理可改善行视网膜脱离手术患者的视力水平,持续减轻其术后疼痛程度,提升其术后视力康复质量、视网膜复位效果与健康知识水平。
Objective To explore the impact of individualized nursing in the form of team management on postoperative pain degree and visual acuity level of patients undergoing retinal detachment surgery.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 180 patients who underwent retinal detachment surgery at Zhongshan City People's Hospital from February 2020 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing after surgery,while the observation group received individualized nursing in the form of team management.The recovery of visual acuity levels was compared between the two groups.Results At discharge and 3 months after discharge,the best corrected visual acuity of both groups was lower than that before nursing,the scores of the Chinese version of the Low Vision Quality of Life Questionnaire were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).After being discharged for 3 months,the observation group showed a higher retinal reattachment rate and better mastery rate of health knowledge compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing in the form of team management can improve the visual acuity level of patients undergoing retinal detachment surgery,continuously reduce their postoperative pain degree,and enhance their quality of postoperative visual rehabilitation,retinal reattachment effects,and health knowledge levels.
