摘要
目的了解成人低视力患者的生活质量及影响因素,为提高和改善其生活质量提供理论依据。方法采用一般资料问卷和低视力者生活质量量表对70例成人低视力患者进行调查。结果成人低视力患者生活质量得分为(35.66±5.54)分,处于低生活质量水平;心理状况、对疾病的态度、医疗费用支付方式是成人低视力患者生活质量的影响因素(均P<0.01)。结论诸多因素在不同层面影响成人低视力患者的生活质量水平;需针对其主要影响因素采取相应的护理措施,以提高成人低视力患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the level of quality of life （QOL） in adult patients with low vision and the influencing factors, and to provide information for improving their QOL. Methods Seventy adult patients with low vision were investigated by using a stir-designed demographic questionnaire and the low vision quality of life questionnaire （LVQOL）. Results These patients suffered from a poor level of QOL, with the score being 35.66±5.54 points. Mental status, attitude toward disease, and payment of medical expenses were significant predictors of QOL（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion QOL in adult patients with low vision is affected by many factors at different levels, so we should focus on the most dominant factors and provide targeted nursing measures to improve their QOL.
