摘要
推广全机制砂混凝土,并替代天然砂制备高性能混凝土,是建筑领域的新发展趋势。以某高层建筑项目为例,论述全机制砂高性能混凝土制备方法,并对比天然砂、机制砂、全机制砂3种C35级高性能混凝土工作性能、抗压强度。结果表明,全机制砂高性能混凝土工作性能与抗压强度满足高层建筑施工需要。在此基础上,对全机制砂高性能混凝土泵送施工技术要点加以总结,旨在为高层建筑混凝土施工提供更多科学依据。
It is a new development trend in construction to popularise fully manufactured sand concrete and replace natural sand to prepare high-performance concrete.Taking a high-rise building project as a case study,the preparation method of high-performance concrete with fully manufactured sand was discussed,and the working performance and compressive strength of three kinds of C35 strength grade high-performance concrete with natural sand,manufactured sand and fully manufactured sand were compared.The results show that the working performance and compressive strength of fully manufactured sand high-performance concrete can satisfy the construction needs of high-rise buildings.Based on this,the main technical points of pumping construction of high-performance concrete with fully manufactured sand were summarised to provide a scientific basis for the concrete construction of high-rise buildings.
