机制砂比粒度参数在隧道二衬混凝土的研究及应用

摘要 该研究探讨了机制砂比粒度参数对机制砂饱和面干吸水率及二衬混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响,并与典型机制砂参数细度模数进行对比分析。结果表明:机制砂的比粒度参数与饱和面干吸水率的相关系数达0.922,较细度模数提升21.6%,能更精确地反映混凝土的需水量。相较于细度模数,采用比粒度参数指导二衬混凝土配合比设计更具科学性,不仅能保证混凝土拌合物的和易性,同时可有效保障其抗压强度的稳定。现场应用表明,基于机制砂比粒度参数进行二衬混凝土拌合楼控制能使混凝土的堵管率从54.0%降至9.5%,有利于减少泵送施工中的堵泵问题。 In this study,the influence of the specific granularity parameters on the dry water absorption of saturated surface of manufactured-sand and the workability and mechanical properties of secondary lining concrete was discussed,and comparative analysis is conducted with the typical manufactured sand parameter-fineness modulus.The results show that the correlation coefficient between the specific granularity parameter of machine-made sand and the dry water absorption of saturated surface reaches 0.922,and the fineness modulus increases by 21.6%,which can more accurately reflect the water demand of concrete.Compared with traditional machine-made sand fineness modulus parameters,it is more scientific to design the mixture ratio of secondary lining concrete using the specific granularity parameters,which not only ensures the workability of the concrete mixture,but also effectively ensures the stability of its compressive strength.Field application shows that controlling the second-lined concrete mixing building based on the specific granularity parameter of machine-made sand can reduce the concrete pipe blocking rate from 54.0%to 9.5%,which is conducive to reducing pump blocking problems during pumping construction.
