摘要
采用抗折劣化系数、抗压劣化系数和质量变化率,研究不同机制砂掺量混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并运用孔结构分析仪,从微观上探讨混凝土的孔结构与其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着机制砂掺量的增加,混凝土的平均孔径先减小后增大,混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能先上升后下降,平均孔径与强度劣化系数之间基本上呈线性关系;机制砂和天然砂一定比例的互掺,可细化混凝土的孔径,改善孔结构。当机制砂掺量为50%时,平均孔径达到最小,此时混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能也最佳。评价机制砂混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的3个指标中,抗折劣化系数要比抗压劣化系数和质量变化率敏感。
The sulfate resistant capacity of concrete with different manufactured sand content has been investigated based on bending degradation coefficient,compressive degradation coefficient and rate of quality change.The relationship between pore structure and sulfate resistance capacity of concrete was analyzed based on a pore structure analyzer.The results show that,with the increase of manufactured sand content,the average pore size of concrete first decrease and then increase,the sulfate resistant capacity of concrete is taking on the trend of rising first,then dropping.The relationship between the average pore size and the strength degradation coefficient is basically linear.The mixture of manufactured sand and natural sand refines the pore size of concrete,improves the pore structure;When the manufactured sand content is 50%,the average pore size of concrete the sulfate resistance capacity of concrete is best with the minimum average pore size.Among the three indicators for evaluating the sulfate resistant capacity of manufactured sand concrete,The bending degradation coefficient is more sensitive than the compressive degradation coefficient.
