预应力混凝土斜拉桥主梁施工技术

摘要 随着社会经济和桥梁施工工艺的快速发展,混凝土斜拉桥受到设计师的青睐。混凝土斜拉桥结构优美、简单,混凝土主梁相与钢结构主梁相比,后期维修养护简单、造价低。混凝土主梁作为斜拉桥的主要受力构件,其施工质量直接影响桥梁整体施工质量。以西江特大桥为例,结合该桥结构特点及地理位置,介绍了预应力混凝土斜拉桥主梁关键施工技术。经验证,其施工进度、施工质量均满足预期,可为同类型斜拉桥主梁施工提供参考。 With the rapid development of the social economy and bridge construction technology,concrete cable-stayed bridges are increasingly favored by designers.Concrete cable-stayed bridges have beautiful and concise structures.Compared with steel structure main beams,concrete main beams have the advantages of simple maintenance and low cost.As the main load-bearing component,the concrete main beam is critical to the construction of a cable-stayed bridges,and its construction quality directly affects the whole construction quality of the bridge.Taking the Xijiang Bridge as a case study,the key construction techniques of the main girder of the prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge were reviewed according to the structural characteristics and geographical location of the bridge.It's verified that the construction progress and quality meet the expectation,thus giving a reference for constructing the main beam of the same type of cable-stayed bridge.
