摘要
翼边型预应力混凝土板桩是为水利护岸结构开发设计的一种新型混凝土支护桩,以管桩为主体模型、翼边与桩身圆弧相切为规则确定桩身截面尺寸。由于现有规范中无可直接引用的计算公式,在正截面假定基础上,按规则形状对桩身截面受压区进行分区,而后按混凝土、纵向钢筋的应力应变关系进行正截面抗弯承载力计算。为验证理论计算的可靠性,选取5组试件进行抗弯性能试验。试验结果表明,理论计算方法的结果与试验数据基本吻合,且具有一定的安全储备。
Wing edge prestressed concrete sheet pile is a new type of concrete support pile designed for the development of water conservancy revetment structure,and the cross-sectional size of the pile body is determined by taking the pipe pile as the main model and the wing edge and the arc tangent of the pile body as the rule.Due to the fact that there is no directly quoted calculation formula in the existing code,on the basis of the assumption of the normal section,the compression zone of the pile section is partitioned according to the regular shape,and then the flexural bearing capacity of the positive section is calculated according to the stress-strain relationship of concrete and longitudinal reinforcement.The experimental results show that the results of the theoretical calculation method are basically consistent with the test data,and there is a certain safety reserve.
