摘要
沌口长江公路大桥主桥其主梁采用悬臂拼装施工,中跨合龙段采用单侧起吊、顶推辅助合龙。施工过程中塔梁间设置临时铰接约束,竖向约束由竖向支座和精轧螺纹钢组成;横向约束由横向抗风支座和塔柱与钢箱梁间限位钢管组成;纵向约束布置在阻尼器安装的位置,北塔边跨纵向约束兼顾作为顶推合龙辅助措施。塔梁临时铰接的约束方式使得施工期主梁纵向不平衡弯矩得到释放,降低了体系转换时结构状态发生变化造成的施工和控制难度,取得了良好的实施效果。
For the main bridge of Zhuankou Changjiang River Highway Bridge, the main girder is assembled by free cantilever erection. The closure section for the middle span is lifted and installed by one set of the deck cranes. Pushing auxiliary closure technology is adopted in the middle span. Temporary hinge restraint is setted between tower and girder in construction. The vertical restraint is composed of vertical support and rolling thread steel. The lateral restraint is composed of lateral wind resistant supports and steel tubes at tower-girder. Vertical restraints are arranged in installation position of damper, the north side span longitudinal constraint is taken into consideration as the closure pushing auxiliary measures. The temporary hinge joint of the tower-girder makes the girder longitudinal unbalance bending moment in the construction period released which reduces the difficulty of construction and control caused by the change of structural state during system transformation. And good results are achieved.
