摘要
环境风险管理在风险社会理论体系中占据着不可忽视的地位,它不仅关乎社会的共同福祉,还为我国制浆造纸行业的污染防治指明了方向。通过深入分析制浆造纸行业生产过程中的环境风险及其污染现象,揭示了当前污染治理面临的挑战。基于此,提出了一系列针对性的解决策略:推行清洁生产、加大污染物处理与资源回收力度、强化环境治理监管。这些建议旨在推动我国制浆造纸行业的环境治理技术与国际接轨,促进该行业向可持续发展转型,为创建生态文明社会贡献力量。
Environmental risk management in the risk society theory system occupies a position that can not be ignored,it is not only related to the common welfare of the society,but also pointed out the direction of pollution prevention in our country's pulp and paper industry.Through in-depth analysis of the environmental risks and pollution phenomena in the production process of pulp and paper industry,this paper reveals the current challenges faced by pollution control.Based on this,this paper puts forward a series of targeted solutions:promoting cleaner production,increasing the intensity of pollutant treatment and resource recovery,and strengthening environmental governance supervision.These recommendations aim to promote the environmental governance technology of China's pulp and paper industry to be in line with international standards,promote the transformation of the industry to sustainable development,and contribute to the construction of an ecological civilization society.
