摘要
新冠疫情对国内各行业造成巨大冲击,餐饮、旅游、交通运输等行业收入大幅下滑。末端配送作为物流服务的关键环节,在疫情期间暴露出诸多问题,亟待解决。本文以阜阳市颍州区某住宅区为研究对象,对比疫情前后数据,运用AHP(层次分析法)构建指标权重,并结合模糊综合评价法,从消费者视角分析后疫情时代末端配送存在的问题。研究进一步探讨末端配送模式、配送机制及社区管理等方面,提出综合有效的优化策略,旨在从公共健康危机视角探索更高效、更完善的末端配送方式,以提升物流服务质量,满足后疫情时代消费者需求。
COVID-19 epidemic has had a huge impact on various industries in China,with revenues from catering,tourism,transportation and other industries plummeting.As a key link in logistics services,Last Mile Delivery revealed many problems du ring the epidemic,which needed to be solved urgently.This paper takes a residential area in Yingzhou District,Fuyang City as th e research object,compares the data before and after the epidemic,uses AHP(hierarchical analysis)to construct index weights,a nd combines the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to analyze the problems of Last Mile Delivery in the post-epidemic er a from the perspective of consumers.The study further explores the Last Mile Delivery mode,delivery mechanism and communit y management and so on,and then proposes comprehensive and effective optimization strategies,aiming at exploring more efficient and better the ways of Last Mile Delivery from the perspective of public health crisis,in order to improve the quality of logisti cs services and meet the needs of consumers in the post-epidemic era.
