摘要
由于油流死区的存在,变压器绕组结构的二维与三维仿真计算结果存在较大差异,且相较于矿物油变压器,天然酯变压器的顶层油温升更高,因此需要对天然酯变压器绕组结构进行精细化建模和仿真计算。本文针对天然酯变压器绕组的温度分布进行三维仿真计算及分析,并与二维仿真计算和温升试验结果进行对比。结果表明:三维仿真计算得到绕组热点温度为123.1℃,相比于二维仿真计算结果下降5.0℃。变压器温升试验测得绕组平均温度为86.8℃,与三维计算结果86.2℃相近,但根据IEC热点因子法推出热点温度为108.1℃,比三维仿真结果低15.0℃。
Due to the existence of oil flow dead zones,there is a large difference between the 2D and 3D simulation calculation results of the transformer winding structure,and compared with mineral oil transformer,the top layer oil temperature rise of natural ester transformer is higher.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct refined modelling and simulation calculations of the winding structure of natural ester transformers.In this paper,the 3D simulation calculation and analysis of the temperature distribution of natural ester transformer winding were carried out,and compared with the results of 2D simulation calculation and temperature rise test.The results show that the temperature of the winding hot spot obtained by 3D simulation calculation is 123.1℃,which has decreased by 5.0℃compared to 2D simulation calculation result.The average winding temperature measured by the transformer temperature rise test is 86.8℃,which is similar to the 3D calculation result of 86.2℃,but according to"IEC H factor",the hot spot temperature is determined to be 108.1℃,which is 15.0℃lower than the 3D simulation result.
