大学生手机依赖对认知失败的影响:错失焦虑的中介与负面情绪的调节作用——以对吉林师范大学的问卷调查为例

摘要 以吉林师范大学2024名本科生为调查对象,探讨手机依赖对认知失败的影响机制,重点分析错失焦虑的中介作用与负面情绪的调节效应。通过问卷调查法收集数据,采用手机依赖指数量表、错失焦虑量表、认知失败量表及抑郁—焦虑—压力自评量表进行测量。结果显示:手机依赖与认知失败呈显著正相关(β=0.85),错失焦虑在二者间起部分中介作用(中介效应占比19.23%),而负面情绪显著调节这一关系(调节效应β=-0.01)。具体而言,手机依赖通过加剧错失焦虑间接损害认知功能,但高负面情绪会削弱错失焦虑的负面影响。研究还发现,女生、音体美专业学生及大三群体在手机依赖、错失焦虑和认知失败上的表现更显著。高校需关注特定群体的心理健康,通过干预错失焦虑和改善情绪管理,缓解手机依赖对认知功能的损伤,为数字化时代大学生的心理健康教育提供实证依据。 This study investigates the impact of smartphone dependence on cognitive failure among 2024 undergraduate students at Ji-lin Normal University focusing on the mediating role of fear of missing out FoMO and the moderating role of negative emotions.Data were collected through questionnaires using the Smartphone Dependency Index FoMO Scale Cognitive Failure Scale and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Self-Report Scale.Results show a significant positive correlation between smartphone dependence and cognitive failureβ=0.85 with FoMO partially mediating this relationship 19.23%mediation effect.Negative emotions significantly moderated the associa-tionβ=-0.01 weakening the detrimental impact of FoMO under high distress.Subgroup analyses revealed stronger effects among fe-male students arts sports and music majors and juniors.The findings suggest that universities should tailor interventions targeting Fo-MO and emotional regulation to mitigate cognitive impairment caused by smartphone overuse offering empirical support for mental health education of college students in the digital age.
