摘要
从新时代高等教育治理视域看,党建引领为高校党建工作的改革创新提供着根本性指引,为“双一流”建设的系统性推进构筑了制度性保障,也有利于社会主义办学方向在教育教学全过程的贯彻落实。以山东大学齐鲁医学院的党建实践为例,发现新时代医学院校党建工作面临的现实挑战,主要体现在功能定位的实践误差、组织建设的覆盖盲区、机制建设的系统缺陷等方面。为此,建议通过强化政治引领,构建育人新生态;注重制度创新,提高治理效能;推进“大思政”,提升价值质效;抓住两个重点,强化发展动能,从而形成具有引领价值的党建模式,促进医学教育的高质量发展。
From the perspective of higher education governance Party-building guidance provides fundamental direction for the re-form and innovation of Party building in colleges and universities.It establishes institutional guarantees for systematically advancing theDouble First-Class initiative and facilitates the comprehensive implementation of socialist orientation in running schools throughout the entire educational and teaching process.Taking Party-building practices of Cheeloo College of Medicine Shandong University as an exam-ple the practical challenges faced by medical colleges in Party building in the new era are mainly manifested in three aspects practical de-viations in functional positioning coverage gaps in organizational construction and systemic deficiencies in mechanism construction.To address these challenges the following approaches are proposed strengthening political guidance to build a new educational ecosystem promoting institutional innovation to enhance governance effectiveness advancing holistic ideological and political education to improve val-ue quality and effectiveness and focusing on two key aspects to strengthen development momentum.These measures have formed a pionee-ring Party-building model that effectively promotes the high-quality development of medical education.
